In short my Constitutional and Civil Rights have been violated. Due process and miranda rights. The gentleman was granted a civil protection order without warrant. I am also being denied access into my own bank account despite having a state id, birth cert and social security card. Summary of the Facts:

Did not commit assault or "simple assault."

Was not given a chance to speak with an attorney, lawyer or public defender prior to the initial arraignment. There was no probable cause or evidence for me to be placed under arrest.

Was searched and had my posessions taken and was not given a receipt of the items. Were not given the items back including iphone

Appeal was not correctly linked in the docket with both criminal cases.

Released by the hospital and then told by the appelate lawyer that they did not know where I was at (I was released to a homeless shelter by the hospital staff.

After fee waiver filed for civil actions branch case to recieve relief from the False Arrest and the mental stress and financial losses, the court refused once to have the certificate of summons mailed to the defendants.

Received a fake transcript on Dec 17th. Of the 7 transcripts I requested on August 7th, 2025 I have received only 2/7 transcripts 6 are supposed to be in tape format.

Have never received a Discovery to this date or transcripts in correct format which is all tape, one transcript in text.
